Voted as one of the "Top 100 lawyers in Korea" by the Asia Business Law Journal in 2018, Daniel has more than 30 years of experience at major law firms in Los Angeles, Honolulu, Tokyo and Seoul. Widely renowned in the Korean legal community, Daniel's practice covers wide-range of complex cross-border mergers and acquisitions, international joint ventures, foreign direct investments in addition to international arbitration. Daniel has significant IT Technology, FCPA, compliance and forensics experience stemming from his 8-year in-house experience as General Counsel/Vice President at IBM Korea.
